Using this website, downloading a resource, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling an introductory conversation does not by itself create a professional or contractual service relationship with Raini & Associates.

A service relationship is established only when Raini & Associates and the client agree to the applicable service terms.

• Estimates and pricing

• Contracts

• Workmanship

• Materials

• Scheduling and performance

• Safety procedures

• Warranties

• Taxes and business obligations

Raini & Associates may assist with communication and coordination but does not guarantee the performance, workmanship, availability, pricing, conduct, or continued qualifications of an independent provider.

Clients should review and understand any agreement they enter into directly with a contractor, vendor, or other provider.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as Raini & Associates acting as a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, inspector, healthcare provider, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional unless expressly identified as such.

9.Real Estate Information and Services

Raini & Associates may discuss housing choices, relocation, preparing a property for sale, property condition, market considerations, or other real-estate-related topics as part of broader planning, design, and coordination services.

Raini Steffen is a licensed California real estate salesperson. When Raini provides licensed real estate brokerage services, those services are provided separately through her affiliated licensed real estate brokerage and not through Raini & Associates, Inc.

Any licensed real estate services are subject to applicable California real estate laws, required disclosures, agency agreements, brokerage policies, and other documentation required by Raini’s affiliated brokerage or by law.

General discussions, planning services, assessments, educational materials, or recommendations provided by Raini & Associates do not by themselves create a real estate agency or brokerage relationship.

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of property value, sale price, market conditions, financing, tax consequences, investment performance, or the successful purchase or sale of real property.

When a real estate agency relationship is established, the terms and duties of that relationship will be governed by the applicable real estate agreements and disclosures rather than these general website Terms.

10. Estimates, Costs, and Third-Party Pricing

Marketing permissions may be addressed separately where appropriate.
