This 'walk & talk' consultation provides an 8-step, room-by-room approach, so that no stone is left unturned in the merchandising of your product in order for it to sell fast and for top dollar. (add'l fees may apply to 2500+ sq ft) We spend 1-2 hours in your home, reviewing everything a potential buyer would like to see. You will have a detailed staging report to complete each space, focusing on the things that will increase the marketing value of your home - so that buyers fall in love!
